Buy British Foods aim is to prepare and ship you order as quickly and as carefully as possible. We want to ensure you receive your order in excellent condition and we take great care in the preparation of your shipment. For smaller orders we may ship your purchase via FedEx Ground service. Larger orders over 200lbs generally ship via freight service.

Processing time:

We aim to process your order within 1 business day of you placing your order online. So orders placed on a Monday will usually ship on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday etc. We are pretty good at sticking to this time frame but during busy periods in our warehouse it may take a little longer to process your order. This can be especially true during the busy holiday season. Please allow us a little more time to ship your order. If you need your order shipped ASAP, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can locate your shipment during its transit.


Transit Time:

We offer several methods of shipping with different transit times and variations in costs. The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. We will advise of the shipping cost prior to your order leaving our warehouse.

Please ensure that you enter your shipping address fully and accurately. Errors in information such as zip code or street name will only delay your order and may incur an additional correction fee levied on us by the carrier.
